What kind of fabric do you sell?
Most of our fabrics are known as quilter's cotton or craft weight cotton/fabric. This type of fabric is perfect for most sewing projects like bags, quilts, duvet covers, clothes, etc. We stock other types of fabric depending on the season and fashion, so keep in touch for any news.

How do you supply your fabric?
We sell fabric in increments of 0.25 metre (25cm).The minimum quantity for a cut of fabric is 0.25 metre (25cm).
If your pattern is in yards and you are a bit confused about how much you need, feel free to contact me and we will do my best to help.

How wide is the fabric?
Most of our fabric is 44in  /112cm wide (approx), but we stock also some fabric that measures 55in/140cm, so make sure you check the width of the fabric before you buy.

What is a fat quarter and do you sell them?
A fat quarter is a quarter of a yard or metre. We only sell fat quarters in bundles. Depending on our suppliers some of our fat quarters measure 55x50cm and very few measure 18x22in.
If you would like to create a set of 4-5 fat quarters just contact us and if it is possible we will make your wish come true.

How is the fabric priced?
Our fabric is priced by the quarter metre length, but don't worry we will only charge your for the amount you need. If you purchase a fraction of a metre we will automatically calculate the price.

Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! We offer 10% discount on purchases of 10metres or more of fabric. If you are a serious buyer, a designer, a crafter by profession you can certainly enjoy of this discount!
You could also team up with a friend or a sewing club.

What types of payment do you accept?
Payment can be made by credit, debit card or through PayPal.

Do you offer gift wrapping service?
We are thrilled by the idea that our fabrics and patterns could make a wonderful present for someone special. During the checkout process just add a note in the "Comments" box and let us know which items you would like to be gift wrapped. This service is on us.

And one last thing, at The Fabric Loft we take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. We also want to help minimise our impact on the environment. Where possible, we recycle and re-use packaging materials; however if you prefer for us to use new shipping material please let us know.
